  Properties -> Local Files "Tab" -> Verify Integrity of Game Files

  This usually fixes issues like this for me by redownloading 4~5 files that get messed up by the spaghetti code patches that keep coming

  i already tried and also reinstalled, nothing helped. i would not aks here if this worked.
