  Yeah that’s the same issue I had. Apparently I also can’t get crowns on the Twins either.

• This error caused me to lose inner strength on my Nea, and have it replaced with deja vu on the bloodweb... along with almost 70K spent bloodpoints.

• It’s happening on all consoles and on PC. I lost over 70K bloodpoints after having two saving errors.

• I experienced the same bug. Apparently it was a bug that existed a long time ago but somehow reappeared in this update. It also happens on public and solo random servers too. Happened to me yesterday actually while I was playing as Leon escaping a clown.
