A lot of Legion players (myself included) like the Killer for their simplicity. I don't want them to be a challenging Killer. I don't think they need any urgent buffs either, though of course there are some simple buffs that BHVR could make that wouldn't make them too strong. But if BHVR were to change them up a significant amount, they would likely alienate a lot of current Legion enjoyers yet they wouldn't necessarily win over enough new fans to the character to compensate. I know they have their haters (arguably a better reason than most to rework their power), but it would still be a huge gamble to change them. They're one of the most popular Killers to play, after all. One common suggestion I've seen for how Legion could be reworked would be to give them a power similar to The Knight's but I know I would absolutely hate this.
There's also a limit to how far you can buff a simple Killer like Legion. The player base is accepting of Killers that are very strong, as long as they are also difficult to master. Becuase their power is so easy to grasp, Legion would need some big changes to raise their skill floor if a boost to their strength is to be justified. I think it's OK for some Killers to be weaker than others so long as they have an appeal that extends beyond how "strong" they are and Legion ticks that box for a lot of players. I don't want to lose such a chill, casual, easy to play Killer just because some people think they are too weak.
do you think that maybe legion needs more buffs than to his kit already and just leave his playstyle alone?

Use perks for the chase (i use pwyf and coupe) and you have a decent simple killer.
He isnt strong, but you can play the stronger version called ghoul. There are over 40 killer, some characters will just be weaker. It would be great if everyone was strong (and balanced for weak and good players at the same time), but thats a lot of work. Better used for some general things. And even for killer are some who need it more than Legion.
I think saying "play another character" is not the healthiest of ways to view it. I get your point but that's why when you load into a survivor game and you get the same 4 killers to face each time it dulls the game and makes the killer rotation bland. If characters now have 3-4 gimmicks or capabilities, then legion and all the old school killers need that opportunity to be revamped or given some type of changes to make them a challenging killer.

he still struggles with chase, map control and generator control. His ability cannot traverse the map unless you have high end add ons. I believe his speed or distance needs a real good buff to be competitive and some type of special strike for actual pressure
