You could even make FC a Scourge Perk, unhooking scrouge applying the oblivious and blindness status effect to all survivors for 30 seconds. Paired with Floods of Rage, you got yourself a very nasty build that lets you sneak up survivors and secure a hit or two.

Hag's play style generally isn't seen as fun for either side because she's not a chaser killer. Chases are the most interactive element of the game and Hag doesn't do that.
Arguably she is the most interactive chase killer. Because a perfect counter to hag is having two survivors chase her.

If Hag were any stronger, she'd easily be No 2, right behind nurse.
The skill gap between versing Good survivors and Great Survivors is massive, you're not use to playing against survivors that know how to play against you. Remember Hag still has a semi-decent chase potential with Traps, the most important thing as hag is to keep resetting traps. if you've placed down 10 but your first 2-3 never got sprung, its time to move it. Even if your trap placement is in optimal it's better to have your traps down then none at all.
It sounds like your main problem is that your hag is predictable, and your trap placement is stale/too easy for survivors to find and disarm. just because your trap is triggered doesn't mean you have teleport. Faking setting up a trap or not teleporting to a triggered trap will waste survivor time and give you more time to set up. Survivors know that Hag time more valuable then normal killer time so don't waste your time. Every second wasted spent trying to trigger a non-existent trap, or spinning around a triggered trap is enough time for you to set up 2-3 new traps.
For your pick up problem Agitation Star struck should fix the problem, or a better idea set up around the hook before you pick up. That way even if survivors too start to dismantle your web you've already defended your hook. If your trap is being flashlight burned is actually better then having the survivors trip them in most circumstances, teleporting to a triggered trap is worse than a trap straight up being destroyed.
in the advanced survivors situation, you're best bet in High MMR is dragon's grip, Corrupt, Starstruck Agitation. TbH Starstruck agitation is kinda hacky on Hag, set up 2 -3 traps before hooking and then set up another 2-3 while Starstruck denies Hook rushing. Although this play style will make everyone hate you. Or if you truly wish for a brain dead build, Bloody blueprint, agitation, MYC, monstrous shrine, iron grasp and set up immediately around basement, after getting your first down in your web, it's pretty much GG for Altruistic survivors. For more optimal survivors you still lose if the gen spread is not near your web.

Agitiation, Star Struck, Myc, Stbfl. Make their healing useless. though tbf Hag chases should be quick 10-14 seconds long, anything longer and the problem is that you're set up wasn't good.

OOoOOFOFOFOOFOFO I'm So Sorry.

No because their are 8 gens. Best Case scenario you three gen and you can proxy guard one with dragon's Grip, but even then multiple survivors on a gen will render it moot. Because it has negative synergy with ruin and is essentially worse off then Pop, it's not worth running unless you're meming in which case I Recommend: Mindbreaker, Discordance, tinkerer along Side dragons grip. Disabling exhausition perks, being undetectable and knowing when their is multiple survivors on a gen is pretty funny build.

Absolute terrible design that is unhealthy for the game. Boring, unfun, most stupid counterplay that typically just ends up in the same result, no matter how you approach a hooked survivor. A total rework would be great.
Just Crouch, If you gen rush instead of disrupting her traps then you've already lost half the game. Honestly its one of the funniest things to systematically disable each of her traps and watch her teleport swing into thin area as you run her towards the other side of the map. Or even better setting off all her traps at once.

Strategically you have no little to on other choices, you've been genrushed with two remaining, you don't have a viable three gen or any means of getting slow down perk activated. Then the best choice is to place preassure on hook saves, and hope that enough people try to save that you get some preassure to be able to play the game normally.
As Hag if i'm up against a good team and one gen remains, I'll just set up around a hook and slug and play super campy until i confirm the kill then i play normally.

Combo Eruption and surge 8% regress from surge, 6% for Eruption and you got a consistent 14% regression especially if you slug. If they stack it will be stupidly strong, especially for hag, nurse, spirit, blight any killer that can get quick downs, 1% gen progress is 1.25 seconds so together you get 17.5 seconds of regression plus another 14 seconds where the gen is regressing but the incapacitation can be active meaning no progress for 14 seconds but also active regression without ruin of 0.25s regression p/second. so you end up with a total value of 34 seconds of regression and an additional 16s where no progress can be made from one down, meaning that this combo has a possible net value of 50 SECONDS almost guranteed in the late game. POP only does 25% from one hook which is 31s of progress, but unlike pop you know exactly where survivors are repairing thus you can ether slug or chase where eruption has proced a scream or hook, by the time you've downed again surge is probably off cooldown giving an additional 8% of regression with eruption halfway done ready to be used with surge in 40 seconds.
Forget Ruin Undying; surge and eruption will be obnoxious do you a) get off the gen while an ally nearby is getting chased or b) keep repairing and hoping you don't get comboed. even early game. If the killer justs opressively three gens you will never break free of Surge eruption.
