though.. adept achievements have been buggy since forever, sometimes more sometimes less…
you can create a bug report in case this is a bug that always happens with shape. Otherwise, try again (I know that’s kinda frustrating - but hey I had the problem with the now changed achievement of getting all 4 survs out via hatch, acomplished it twice without it registering)
Thank you, this was my second attempt, with my first having 3 iridescents. I guess I might try again another time ;-;

I don't think you're thinking of serious tunnelling, where you have the whole team taking hits, even going down, but they refuse to look at all the downs they just had and just go for that one person. I think in that situation that person should have some sort of way to escape honestly
