A good solution to facecamp : have a proper matchmaking which allows player to play against players from the same level and have a decent game.
But BHVR prefer to put red ranks SW4F against a bronze V killer which oblige him to facecamp right at start or he get nothing out of the game.
Also BHVR doesnt punish toxic survivor which also leads to facecamp.

A decent solution for face camping would be not to throw bronze killers vers red ranks SWF.

The problem isnt the "camping/tunneling meta" its the ######### matchmaking systme who put bronze killer vs Red Ranks SWF. BHVR make the matchmaking so you MUST camp/tunnel as a killer.
Yes it's totaly #########, but its BHVR.

If you're getting red ranks then that means whatever region you're playing on may not have anyone around your MMR to match evenly with or the game can't figure out what to do with SWF and are just throwing them at whoever happens to be on. Not much to be done there even if MMR was off as eventually the game just has to make games happen.
I'd rather wait 5 more minutes and play against normal players than have to face 4 SWF bullying/harassing "players"/cheaters.

Is it because you were toxic ? Have you camped them the whole game ?
If you are toxic, why should the opposite side be polite and respect you ?
Its funny how some people think its alright to ruin other people's game experience but insulting should be directly perma banned.

Personnaly i always DC when i see the killer is camping.
Campers need to be punished, as dev dont do it, i'll do it myself.
