I’d pick Shredder from the Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles series. In hindsight, he’s kind of pathetic in the cartoon series but I mostly was influenced by the first movie and I thought he was intimidating and definitely some kind of Killer.
His weapon would be his steel claws.
His power would represent his ninjutsu background and implement various ‘ninja tools’. Basically when you press the power button, the RNG gods would produce 1 of 5 ninja tools and you have to use the tool to start a cool down timer and the ability to pull a new tool.
His perks are whatever.
I'd say Wraith. All the others pretty much willingly kill- He doesn't want to. Trickster is a hot boi (even though I hate kpop) so anyone who talks down on him will get bopped
