    If it didn't have that effect, then it would literally do nothing on its own. Not that people actually use it by itself, but I think that would make it the only perk in the game that can't be slotted by itself.

  • I just don't find him scary or intense to play against because visually all he does is slam around into things. I like how he looks, but how he plays is not threatening, it's comical. It's strange how the "slamming into things" even got greenlit as an idea, let alone actually implemented.

    I think they chose Cheryl because they wanted something from the og Silent Hill games for the chapter. The Map was the school from the first, Pyramid Head from SH2 as the Killer and Cheryl as the Survivor from SH3.

    Also, the movie version of Cheryl (Heather) was closely tied to Pyramid Head. Not that it's canon necessarily, but there IS an association some people could make.
