Can confirm, i hear repair noises and footsteps on the left and other noises on the right. Makes it imposible to locate sounds.

Same thing is happening to me, i keep getting disconnected with "Dedicated server not responding". even though my teammates are still in the game. I never had this issue before this patch.
Besides the fact that it is annoying to get disconnected, i also get matchmaking banned. At some point i can't even play anymore because the ban keeps increasing, even though there is nothing i can do about it. -

You're right. Besides the clip it also occurred when I was near the stairs later in the match, when i wasn't making any sounds
