Assuming that this is only nerf about Nurse, it is very insufficient, but at least it can be considered as 'immediate bandage'. Unlike other killers, Nurse has very little dependence on perk, so breaking the balance between killers.

Also who's gonna open a chest/cleanse or bless a totem while the killer is around? You do that stuff when the killer isn't near, so it's basically useless.

With resilience or counterforce, even if a killer finds a survivor, the survivor can destroy the totem before being hit.
