Yeah but there was genuinely a noticeable decline in the skill of every other player in the match, I got a Dredge the other day who literally didn't use his power and he still got a 4k

That's weird to me that it's intentional because my genuine first thought when I saw it happen was that the perk was bugged, at the very least I think having it pause just while your actively healing a teammate would make sense to have.
