Honestly i don't think Hillbilly is that strong. He is no where near OP and i don't even understand why people want him changed. As long as you are good at looping he will just play like a mouse 1 killer. Also you were like " Not every Survivor is a running god with map knowledge over every variation of the maps" yeah that is true but those people are normally low ranks and low ranked people will play against low ranked killers which means the killer won't be that great either so it balances it out. Every killer needs to have their thing. Map mobility, chase potential, and information. However each killer cannot have the best of everything so they even it out. Doc as decent chase potential, no mobility, and good information. While Nurse has Great chase potential, good mobility, and no information. Billy has bad chase potential, Amazing mobility, and no information. I think this is fine, mobility should be his strong point since he isnt good at anything else.

Billy definitely doesn't need any nerfs what so ever. The people who say this are either low rank survivors or people who want the game to be a bully simulator. Billy is a good killer but is definitely not the best because he can be looped. People complain about his chainsaw being op but the only way you will get chainsawed is if you mess up. As long as you have good positioning and know how to loop he just turns into a mouse 1 killer equivalent to the wraith. I honestly don't understand how people don't understand this.

@Dreamnomad yes that would be cool, but the clown exists. Also it could be that the blindness mud may stick to the ground and if walked across they would also get blinded. i knew i wanted him to have an anti-loop ability, so i resorted to a blinding mechanic. Also if you haven't already , please if you would like, take the time to look at my other ideas. they are not updated really, as in i still need to fix things, but i devote alot of time into these and would like others to see it. Thank you so much for commenting, it really makes my day that someone else appreciates my work, and is the reason why i still come up with ideas for killers. by the end of this week i may have a new killer idea out, a killer with a giant ball and chain on his hand....

also i have an idea for the killers perk Determination: The time it takes after you hit someone is reduced by 20%
I might use this for one of my killers but i feel it would be fitting
could also be called ambition -
love the idea, i make killer ideas too so i respect this and can tell you put alot of time into it. it takes me like an hour or 30 minutes just to do one. Also i love the idea of the mask burnt into the flesh, very creepy and disturbing. keep up the great work i would love to see more perks.
