We can talk about nerfing DS when Noed gets removed first.
You guys got your most toxic and cheap perk, and we got ours.
Just like how Noed has "so much counterplay and is completely fair" so is DS. Just do something else for 60s, chase someone, patroll gens, whatever.
Outplaying DS is one of the least problematic things in DBD at the moment.

Stuns. Just the mechanic in general, and by extension Head On. Server latency effectively gives pallets and Head On far more range than they should have.
But also makes killer hit through them when they shouldn't.

There are plenty of perks that deal with Gen rushing, nerfing Gens further would just make every game last 30mins and no more thn 2 survivors could ever escape.
Good killers already get their kills, infact the devs have given statistics that most of the time (in high levels of play) survivor don't even make it out alive. Nerfing survivor more just to compensate for the killers' incompetence is just plain stupid.
Killers have already gotten real lazy these days, making them more cheap is killing the game.

Every other way of escaping from the killer is pretty unreliable and looping is pretty much the only option. If you take it away, survivor might as well go afk right at the beginning of the game.

DS is fine as it is, really powerful when you get to use it, but still fine. It is easily countered by just going for someone else or taking the DS early so they don't have it later on.
DS is only an issue if you make it one. Don't tunnel and go for someone else and DS will probably never even be used.
It's not the survivor's fault if you decide to wait one minute at a locker just to tunnel someone, that's a you problem.
