  • In response to OP: So if increasing gen time isn't the solution, why not add an extra objective to complete? For instance, let's say that survivors cannot work on gens at all when the match starts: they have to go find a tool somewhere first? There will be 4 tools that spawn somewhere in the map that will allow gen repair. If a survivor cannot find a tool, then they cannot work on a gen. They could even add an animation for this: The gens might have a control panel that needs to be removed to access the inner portion of the gen and the tool allows you to remove the cover on the control panel. Each time the survivor leaves the gen the entity re-secures the cover on the control panel.

  • Yeah, usually survivors only hang out in the exit gates because they want to see if they can farm more bloodpoints from any other survivors that go down. Unfortunately, they can't see the other exit gate where survivors are doing the same thing...

  • The teachable perks are a reward for achieving the final levels of a character. Once the teachable perks have been unlocked, those perks are added to the general pool of perks for all characters. The general pool of perks have no level requirement. So once they're unlocked, you can get them as soon as level 1 on a new character.

It depends if you have prestiged a character then it can become available at level 1. If you've not yet reached the the level of the teachable perk eyt then you 've got to hit that level 1st.

No prestige is required. You can get all characters to level 50, unlock all the teachable perks along the way, and then just go into unlimited new blood-webs after that and get the perks from other characters that way, without prestige on anyone.

  • I think if a killer double-pips in a match, they should have a 50% chance of keeping at least 1 of the add-ons they used.

  • As far as running from a nurse goes, unpredictability is the name of the game. Don't always run to a pallet or a window if one is near because the nurse will expect you to use it against her and she's faster than you. Don't always run in a straight line away from her, hoping to juke at the last second. Use small objects, like rocks and trees against her because she can't lunge through them; force her to blink. Make use of stairs and short ledges/hills; get her to charge a blink and then jump off the stairs/ledge/hill back towards her, forcing her to waste a blink by looking at the ground or ceiling.

  • Literally the only buff the Pig needs is something to better deal with exhaustion perks. Either something that will cause exhaustion on a survivor without hitting them or something to extend her sprint attack so that it will outlast the survivor's Sprint Burst. (And by outlast, I mean just a second, maybe a second and a half longer so that if a survivor sprint bursts at the same time the pig does, the pig will still get a hit. If the survivor sprints away before the Pig, then the survivor will still get away.)

  • So, if the "Servers" are down right now and being fixed, how come this doesn't affect everyone? There are people streaming DbD on Twitch right now...
