I've always had an idea to change Distortion to permanently work. The killer will never see your aura, but the other survivors won't either. Except on hooks, dying, or in traps. You could probably just give whatever lockers do the survivors and apply it constantly.
-
I actually had an idea to buff several killer perks to make them closer to the meta, a "Its not overpowered if its all overpowered" approach. Anyway my idea was either the first 4/5/6 gens survivors touch or just all generators the survivors touch are initially blocked for say, 40/50/60 seconds. That way you don't have to worry about the time being wasted. Yeah survivors can just tap the gen and go to the next one, but that still takes more time.

That sounds like a normal game actually. If this keeps happening to you like 4 games in a row I would understand, but if this happens once a night then thats to be expected to match against gods. Anyway I always find people try to use his chainsaw far to often, especially around loops. I play as an m1 until they leave the loop, then I chainsaw while they are out in the open. Thats their death sentence when I play him.
-
I love this idea. Tapp and Pig having an interaction would be fun. I also had the idea of certain survivors shaking hands or something in lobbies, like the Resident Evil characters, or Steve and Nancy. I once heard someone else say something like Ghostface saying "Peekaboo" whenever a "Jumpscare" happens or he opens a locker.

I have never heard of anyone saying myers is weak. Also the suppress ability just makes him more powerful for not much reason. If you play jump scare myers, you have to build and work around that, if not you build around teir 3 myers, giving him the ability to swap between them makes him a wraith with a powerbar who can activate NoED at will.

I really want to see the Trickster's mori.
He grinns and throws a knife in the air, then starts pelting you with dozens of knives. Finally he does a headshot and when you fall down, the first knife hits you. Then he gives you a photograph.

Medic is my main build, I run: Empathy (helps find anyone in need of a heal), We'll Make It, Botany Knowledge (Sweet 130% healing speed on unhooked survivors combined with We'll Make It) and We're Gonna Live Forever (100% healing speed to downed survivors)
Someone suggested Autodidact, and that's certainly an option if you don't mind the slow start up. If you'd prefer that, I'd recommend using it in place of either Empathy or Botany Knowledge.
Yeah that's basically the build I was going for, but without Empathy.

Ok thanks for all your help everyone. I had thought of BT or Empathy. I decided against Empathy because I never really had trouble finding others, but if Autodidact or that Felix perk goes to the shrine of secrets I will get them. Thanks again!

Can you also try to explain what you're meaning with the power that he teleports between items or so. I'm trying to find ways to explain that he can do that now, but I'm having trouble because with the lockers it makes a bit of sense, he goes in and he can't be seen. But with the gens, chest, totems, etc he's still kind of able to be seen so that makes it problematic.
My idea was he is effectively not in the game while hiding, and when he appears he forms out of a pool of shadows near the item. Kinda like the tiny dark creatures from Kingdom Hearts.

Before I continue to read this. Who are you again?
I commented earlier.

Hey remember me? I looked at this some more and had some ideas.
1)Power: You need to settle on either "Overt Chaser" or "Stealthy Ninja" I went with the Ninja route in my idea for this. Anyway decrease his terror radius to 20 meters. Then remove the first Legion-}Myers power, take his locker hiding and make it apply to Chests, Gens, Lockers, and Totems. He can teleport between these similarly to Freddy, with a laugh whenever he teleports. Make him take a few seconds to emerge from something, and have Undetectable for a short time, 10-20 seconds. Also he cannot teleport or emerge from something a survivor is interacting with. This allows him to hide and move about quickly and somewhat discreetly, while still allowing Survivors to know where you more or less are.
2)Perks: I like Enraged, but make it need 50% progress and remove the oblivious part. Then, change the speed to closer to other speed perks, because +15 is Legion perk speed, maybe it gets faster as it decreases more, up to +15 in the last few seconds. On the bonus side, it only stops when you hit a survivor or the gen stops regressing. This would allow him to hit a gen, and run away to bother other survivors, getting faster while it goes until he hits you, or another survivor stops the regression, plus it would work nicely with my version of Anger Management.
Livid sounds interesting, but currently its too all over the place to work consistently, you need to down someone, then chase them later, which then lets you know for a few seconds where your previously chased AND downed obsession was? Maybe make it something like Light born, every time a survivor(not the obsession) stuns you(pallet, flashlight, DS, etc) you can see their auras for 4/5/6 seconds and they become your obsession. This would give him a bit of Aura reading while also allowing it to combo with other Obsession perks, like Rancor.
Anger Management is just so busted, the only way it might work is as a hex, even then I would take it down to one skill check. Either way its still basically Overcharge. If I may, how about this? Every time you kick a generator, Anger Management take affect, for the next 1/2/3 generators, every time a survivor starts repairing it it makes a loud noise for you, allowing you to punish their audacity for repairing in your presnese.

They said they would never do a disguise killer, but of all of them I've read this is good. He's a base stabby guy normally, but can make sure people don't work together in case of it being a foe, although too many perks allow you to gain distance from a killer in a chase so maybe after being disguised for so long you can expose them. But yeah, that's powerful, make his undisguised self weaker, like Nurse maybe to make it a bit more balanced so he has to get the sneaky to win. Also I love White Noise.
-
Concept is good, but feels like you took the Legion route, make a power only tangentially related to the backstory. Jeff is a guy who was kinda creepy and killed slot of people when he got angry? Why does he have a Legion-} Myers power? The locker thing is cool, but too weak to be a whole power. Maybe being able to hide under gens, lockers etc as well. Unfortunately this means he has comically bad pressure, worse than Wraith. I would say give him something like Legions trigger and stab power, but then he is just Legion with a hiding gimmic, so Legion with Insidious.

Holy overpowered powers and perks Batman!
The transform ability makes a survivor basically downed for 90 seconds, and you can one shot them, and they reveal survivors they are near? Mind's eye is nice though.
Minus touch is nice, remove the activation delay to make it more balanced though, now you always get maximum value from it which is unfair.
lights bane is a more powerful Oppression.
As for Sinister Equilibrium, why can't they remove the hex via cleaning it? This makes it both have a souped up Devour Hope and I think it's named Undying.
-
How does everyone know how to repair a generator? Bill maybe, same as Jake or Felix. Bet why would someone like David be able too?
-
That you have to actually equip the perks your character comes with. I played Dwight as my main for a long time and never checked the load out section.
-
Wraith. I love the moment you uncloak infront of the survivor and jumpscare them.

What are you, Rank 18 as killer?
Getting DS'd after hooking a survivor, hooking another survivor, and then downing the original happens to me once a week. 60 seconds is a loooong time and you just stop thinking about DS in these situations.
Rank 16 for the record. And mathamatically, just taking the DS is faster. You grab them, they stab you, you lose 5 seconds and they run away, but they lost their DS. Or you let them Unbreak themselves and waste 60 seconds.

I dislike playing against Doctor and Oni, the only real counter to them is stay away and hope they don't find you. Because once they do you might as well give up. Plague and Clown are less unfun and more tiring, you can't really fight their affects that don't do alot, except the Clown which gives him the chase once you are in his cloud. Twins, Deathslinger, and Demogorgon are close to Doc and Oni in that they arn't very fun to play against. With twins i have only won one game, that was when they first released and they went to sleep in the door while I crouched past. I've never beaten Deathslinger because once he sees you, which is 16m radius makes a lot easier, you don't have much counter options, yeah you can break the chain, but when they nail you through a hallway between loops and pull you in like Link riding the hookshot you can't do much. And Demogorgon just scares me for real, monster-y monsters are always the worst for me.

In my half year of playing DBD, i have never encountered Decisive Strike, neither as a survivor nor a killer. As for the game going too fast, i've never noticed it going TOO fast while I kill. Yeah its annoying when two gens get done by the time I hook the first survivor, but then it usually slows to a crawl. Maybe its my killers, Legion, Wraith, and Doctor that make that the reason for the slow down, legion is surprisingly good at making survivors take a bit of time off generators, Wraith makes everyone so paranoid they never want to stay still for too long, and Doctor makes sure you always know where they are if you play him right.
-
I've never actually played Legion, but from what I've heard online I think changing Feral Frenzy from an activatable power to a meter building power might be interesting. Have Legions base movement rate be either the same or slightly higher than Survivors, and while in a chase, Feral Frenzy builds, once it reaches a certain point you enter the crouchy chase mode and gain fast vaults and a faster move. Essentially making Legion into a "Oh no they found me I need to end this chase NOW or else I don't stand a chance." Granted this makes Legion really good at tunnling and has almost no map pressure, but I think it sounds like fun. Plus it makes timing pallets and flashlights more important, instead of just dropping a pallet whenever you pass it.

farm equipment with the ramps going up either side of it (not sure what it's called)
They are called "Combines" kinda like a more heavy duty tractor specifically for farming.
