Possible bug with Ruin + Turn Back the Clock?
Of course you can't use TBTC while Ruin is regressing the gen, but it should be possible while at least one survivor has his/her hands on a gen, right?
If yes, then there's a bug regarding this interaction.
No matter how many survs and which gen it is as long as Ruin is up you can't use TBTC. The game simply doesn't give you the prompt to do so.

To me, I don't think you should be able to use turn back the clock when survivors are using the gens. It's just like how you can't kick it when they are on there - you need to kick them out first.
This is yet one of the many flaws this game has that I hope are fixed in DbD 2.0.
Like the flaw that survs exploit and call "Heal Tech". Not saying a killer being unable to kick a gen while survs have their hands on them is a tech of course.
Most hands off regression that causes an explosion forces survs off gens. Pain res, surge, eruption etc. TBTC is following the normal pattern for perks like that.
