Thanks for flagging this. The team is aware of this and looking into it.
To confirm in the meantime, this challenge can still be completed by equipping a Very Rare item and Visceral add-on and then escaping the Trial.
I don’t understand why development time is being spent on Tome challenges, if the long term goal is to remove the Tomes from the game.
It would be better to just remove the tomes, so the developers can have more time to fix the more important issues, like the visual problems that are still happening with the fog vials.

While you're here, please look into the Jane tome challenge that forces you to unlock hatch as well. It is still technically possible, but the hatch nerf has made it a nightmare to get for years now.
Why not? It's outdated, and people are demanding BHVR take valuable development time to fix issues with it. There have been SO MANY important bugs in this last major release. Outdated content involving achievements is about the least important thing in the entire game.
