After testing him for a while I'm certain:

his best addons are probably the leap-speed addons and the sliding addon. I don't know why but both of his best addons seem to be brown, they increase his movement SO much xD.

The umbrella could be a honable mention xD

    I mean probably not the best when it comes to overall value,but when it comes to movement and tech they're going to be king on maps that allows you to leap far and easy

    Well if you cancel instantly after hitting the wall you can almost instantly move normally, if you combine that with the sliding you can almost instantly hit the survivor because you are able to cancel while the slide. It's absolutely insane xD

    ho yeah the chase potential is insane if it doesnt change but I was mostly comparing it to add-ons that give you value with aura's and stuff like that,like rize's glasses

    I mean the auras don't do much as long as I know where to find survivors, at loops it's okay but it's also not needed. So I prefer the chase ones :D
