So there are a couple of Killers that can Kill/Mori you with their power. Pyramid Head if you are on Death Hook and Tormented. Onryō when the Survivor as max Condemned regardless of Hooks. Pigs Reverse Bear Traps regardless of Hooks. Vecna if the Survivor has either The Eye or Hand of Vecna equipped and on Death Hook.
And finally Myers if he has the Tombstone or Tombstone add-on equipped but here's the thing, Survivors don't know if you have them. So here's my feedback. I think that if Myers is running one of these and pops Tier 3 all Survivors should be shown that the Killer has it equipped in the bottom right hand corner as a debuff. Similar to Trappers Honing Stone or Doctors Iri Queen.

Why should you be able to know what addons the killer has?

You're probably right. I think Survivors might see Honing stone and the Paint brush maybe a few more. Almost makes my argument irrelevant and maybe Survivors shouldn't see any killer add-ons at the bottom right
Maybe aside from some exceptions (old Paint Brush, Iri Queen).
The Tombstone add-ons have an "eh" tell atm (Tier III taking suspiciously long to kick in), but Judith's Tombstone is fine. Tombstone Piece, less so.
