No network connection
This happened a few days ago. Suddenly an error appeared that prevents me from entering the game. And this only happens with my account. I went to other accounts to check if the dbd works on them, and there is no such error. I tried logging into my account from different computers and they all got the same error. Please help me solve this problem, the last page of the winter event is opening very soon, and I would like to have time to complete it

But a ban looks completely different, when a ban is issued, the reason for which the ban was issued is written, and the period until which the ban was issued is written, for a certain time or forever. You can also find your player ID below, by entering it on the forum you can request a detailed response from the developers
If I was given a ban, then I would like to receive an official statement about this from the developers
@S_mokes no longer, now this connection error appears. It would be easier to contact the team via ticket if there's any ban. I made this suggestion because in a Facebook group, a user posted an image with the same message, and the DbD team replied saying that she had a ban
