The last 2 days I've been trying to get a suit, but all I get is an error. What did support tell you?

    • First response was a step by step list how to get the cosmetics:
      •     Create your Behaviour account:
        • To claim your content:
          •   Link your Dead by Daylight account from any of the platform of your choice (in this case your Steam account).
          • Please note that the above steps are optional if you already have created your account and linked your Dead by Daylight progress on any of the participating platforms.
        • Then:
          • Launch Hooked on You: A Dead by Daylight Dating Sim™
          • In the main menu, select LINK ACCOUNT
          • You will be redirected to a web page, follow the instructions there to get your code
          • Make sure to copy that code in your clipboard
          • Launch Dead by Daylight
          • Select the STORE menu, navigate to the FEATURE tab
          • On the top right, select REDEEM CODE and input the code that was given
          • Both the Charm and Outfit will be added to your inventory.
    • Second was a list of possible things on my side
      • In case you may be using an ad-blocker or similar extensions, please note that such extensions alter scripts and may affect the expected behavior of the website, I have to advise you to disable all of the extensions that are not necessary to run the browser and then please try again
      • Try a different internet connection, if possible.
      • Make sure to clear your browser caches, and cookies and try logging in using incognito/private mode on your browser of choice
    • Last was to let me know they need more investigating
      • We'll be investigating this for you to the best of our abilities, please, rest assured we'll be contacting you as soon as we have any developments, or in case we require any information to help our investigation. I must let you know this investigation could take a while, so I'll kindly ask you to bear with us during this process. We appreciate your time and effort. If you'd like to add any details or have any questions, please, let us know.

Maybe something in that list can help you

Thanks for showing me what your tech support response was. Let's hope they fix it quickly, but I think it's just words...
