Deja vu punish killer for not playing 3 gens.

I personally don't mind about it, because this perk might have a chance to let some of my teammates be more willing to do gen.
But it is weird that they buff this perk in a way that punish killer for not playing 3 gens to counter 3 gen.
Yeah,i understand this perk could do the 3 gens faster to counter 3 gens play style.
But the problem is, when you finish one of the 3 gen, there will be another new gen being buffed to get fixed faster.
Which lead a strange out come,if you play 3 gen as a killer, there will be 3gens being repaired faster than normal,if you don't, there will be more than 3 gens being repaired faster.
You see it now?
This perk not only punish killer for playing 3gen, but even punish killer harder for not playing 3 gen.

BHVR loves band-aid fixes, even if these fixes hurts other players.
All we asked was rework SM, did not happen and end of day all killers will be punished cuz that.

Hard to say,6%is a strange number.
6% is just over 4.5 seconds off a gen solo from start to finish. its not a massive number but it can be the difference between getting there and kicking or having it done in your face
it probably wont be used every game, but when its run i think the killer will feel its effect even if its small
