  I think bandages remained the same as before(8 charges) but now as you need 24 charges to heal instead of 16 is less useful.

  They still exist. They’re just unchanged.

  I thought they were gone too until I went on the PTB and saw they were still there.

  Unless they buff the numbers they'll be completely useless though.

  Extra charges are not useless. They defend against missed skill checks.
