Can’t open hatch using key
Platform: PS4 version (On PS5)
Description: I was playing in the new map wanting to complete “Hatch an escape” on Tome 2 Level 3 I managed to get to the hatch after the killer closed it but couldn’t open it - there was no button prompt.
How to reproduce: I played Laurie with a green key with the addons Unique Wedding Ring and Prayer Beads. Was playing against a spirit and also used the offering that makes the hatch spawn on the killer shack. When I was the last survivor I hid in a closet on the basement and waited for killer to close it. I then approached the hatch only to find I couldn’t open it.
Frequency: Happened once will try, and edit this if it occurs again

Ok this happened multiple times frequency is 100%.
are you using a purple/red key? Green key doesn't open hatch. Only red and purple.
secondly is there charge left? You need charge long enough to fully open hatch. It stopped being automatic like, over a year ago. It takes several seconds now holding the active action button.
You are right, sorry I didn’t know you couldn’t open it with green. A mod can close this thread
