Matchmaking destroyed?

Is anyone else having these matchmaking issues? Usually during events killer takes 30 minutes and survivor is instant, but I’ve been here for an hour and a half and have gotten nothing but “There was an unknown error when connecting to the lobby” messages. I’ve reset my internet & application twice each. Really lossy start to the event.
