It will last the same length of time as it was originally set to, so 10-11 days (depending on starting and ending times). It's due to be released on October 31st, so it should end on November 10th.
From the devs' status update last week: "The Withering Blight event will still take place. The overall duration of the event will remain the same and the start and end dates will be shifted to match the release of the mid-chapter update. You will not lose any time in the event."
