BBQ gen block
Are survivors auras supposed to be blocked by highlighted generators when BBQ goes off? If so it kinda sucks. Just wondering if it's intentional.

Maybe sucks is the wrong word... it's cumbersome.
They're not. I believe a change to their hue was made, so that survivors appear slightly lighter than the gen aura; an orangeish red.
It is an intended change, don't see any issues with it, as it is one of the counterways to that perks, which is completely fine and not easy to pull off in certain situations.
Back when perk was released, hue of survivor auras and generators was different and you could easily see people on gens, even behind them.
If you really want a better "gen progress" tracking perk, use Thrilling Tremors instead.
BBQ is completely fine, it's not OP and it is not a weak perk either. One of the better perks actually in terms of balance.
This is intentional.
