Is spirit’s phase sound bugged?

I was playing survivor, dropped a pallet,

spirit on the other side trying to mind game

but I can HEAR the phase sound when she use ability.

that completely took the mind game away


i thought I can only hear it when I’m outside the terror radius?

    This happens to me when I play against Spirit, I think it's bugged, maybe it's because of dedicated servers.

    (But imo it makes her more fun to play against if you know when she is phasing, more time to react)
