Deliverance QoL change

When a survivor gets hooked, there is a 1-2s delay where we cant do the escape attempt action.

So many times i just want to deliverance but i get saved instantly and a denied my 1500BPs

So just get rid of that delay to protect my BPs from my super altruistic teammates.
