how to fix the hairs after the last patch

the hairs of some survivors looks really ugly and very pixelated.

here are 2 examples.

but i watched some streamers who doesnt have these pixelated and kinda invisible hairs.

so i supose they changed something in the .ini documents

can anyone help me out?

I think you disabled anti aliasing from the ini files since they now force it even on low settings.
