Have Cosmetics Ever Been Full Price?

On every single purple cosmetic in the store, and some of the cheaper ones, it says "-10%" on it. Has it ever been full price? I can't even figure out what full price would be if this 10% discount wasn't applied.

if not, then im guessing it's just a ploy by the devs to get people to spend more money because they think "ooh, it's on sale better get it now".

It's just slightly cheaper to purchase a whole outfit at once as apposed to buying each piece separately

the -10% means you get 10% off for buying the whole outfit than buying all the pieces separately...

As previously stated the -10% is for the whole outfit. Each piece can be purchased for 400 ea for purple ones adding up to 1200 total. So basically buying the whole outfit as opposed to a single piece with auric cells will save you 10%. Do note the discount is only for purchase with auric cells though.
