Suggestion: Technican for group

Hello, when I started the game I thought that technican would work for all people that are working at the same generator, like "prove theyself". And now I think, that it could be a cool improvement like, perhaps 10% or 20% for all instead of 40% for someone alone. This could cause people try to help repair gens, while ruin is active :-).
