Would you like an in-game Workshop for customised Icons etc?
I thought, that it would be great if there is an in-game Workshop where you can create your customised Icons and share them with others (Console too!). This workshop should only be for asthetic purposes only of course. Such as all kind of Icons found in the UI.
I know that you can do it easily by changing the PNGs in the game files (I have an own collection) but that all is semi-optimal.That's due to the solid background which is essential to cover the vanilla one.
Examples of problems with the solid background:
1. Clipping in the UI. Happens with f.e. buffs/debuffs from add-ons.
2. Perks will only have one color, regardless of their tier.
3. In the Archives you will get just a brown square where the Icon for a killer power is located.
Some things you can't even change, like the background of the offerings in the loading screen.
With a Workshop, you could just change the background for the different rarities, killer power etc without getting these problems. You could even give nostalgic players the old rarities for perks without reintroducing it in the bloodweb with this.
