Thinking of a buff to wraith
Wraith shouldnt have his outline at all when he is cloaked. Im going to relate him to spirit for a second.
Spirit can (technically) go invisible, have no terror radius (Prayer beads), and can become un invisble immediately which some people cant react fast enough.
Wraith goes invisble, but not really because of his outline, has no terror radius, but can still see the outline, and become uninvisble, but it takes long and people would have already saw him coming from his outline.
If you want to make him better, you should remove his outline and you already know when he goes invisble from that sound cue so you will be looking extra hard to find him. and he has that bell that lets everyone know hes around
