How to handle a team who can do tasks efficiently and can communicate?

You'll want to have this:

Mobility, Snowball potential, start getting hooks and hits early, don't commit to the same loop, rotate gens, pray you get a good map, down Survivors, don't be scared to tunnel, don't stay at the hook and camp unless you want to ensure they go to struggle or death, Survivors will just gen rush you if you camp.

Michael and Freddy do really well for me.

    they try to ruin your fun when they do that, bring a mori and make it fair quickly.

    A lot of killers fall into inefficiency traps. Beating SWF is all about staying efficient. Don't overcommit to chases. Be mindful of hook states. Don't be afraid to return to a hook to force struggle state if they wait too long to save (many SWF do this). There's no point in hooking a survivor for the first time at 2 gens left when you have 2 other survivors on death hook. Seconds matter.
