Plague and Emblems

I've been playing Plague more and more to get to P3 for the new Hallowed Catalyst skin. When people cleanse, which happens more than you may think, even in red ranks, I feel like Corrupt Purge doesn't give Emblem points for Malicious. Been trying for Adept Plague today and everytime people cleanse I feel like I get a lot less points than I should, even cutting out the points subtracted for people healing when the cleanse.

    I think you get penalized for a survivor healing when they cleanse.

    Yeah, but even counting that, the "Suvivor Hit" points for the Emblem are significantly lower than when I play other killers, or just don't use Corrupt Purge.
