[SUGGESTION] 10% more chance to trigger Skill Checks with Autodidact

Hello !

I really love to try new perk and i feel like Autodidact can be quite good if it's not for the odds of triggering Skill Checks.

I try it multiples games and sometimes didn't even made it to 3 tokens because even while healing a full state on an other survivor, i wouldn't get any skill checks.

It already has a down side with the two negative progress tokens, so i think it would be good to add an increase 10% odds of triggering skill checks like Spine Chill and Unnerving Presence does.
