Little change to hatch to counter swf disconnections

Every once in a while you, as a killer, are in a spot where if you hook a survivor, the other one will get the hatch. What happens in a SWF scenario is that the survivor furthest away from the hatch will DC, allowing the partner to escape freely.

My suggestion is simply to let the hatch stay close for 20-30 seconds if the second to last player DC.

Of course if the player instead is dead on hook / moried the hatch will open as it is right now.

In my opinion this change will only affect toxic behaviours by swf teams, plus it would finally penalize in some way DCing.
