Changes to the Nurse base power look great

I like what the DEVs plan to do to the base power. No more blink-spamming until you down someone, it adds more strategy to playing and countering the Nurse.

It took two years, but better later than never. A long needed change.

    Any average survivor could counter base Nurse.


    You are in the extreme minority with that opinion.

    You're supposed to blink spam because the Nurse only moves at 97% movement speed.

    What the devs have done is made Nurse extremely difficult to play.

    yeah, i feel like its a bit much. i mean... blink charge + fatigue + recharge? feels like overkill for a slow killer.
