Solo matchmaking

Wait times for solo survivor in red ranks is insane, I'm assuming that's because everyone is swf in red ranks so I can't get any teammates. Once rank reset happens I'm not coming back to red ranks until they give rewards that might fix lack of survivors in red ranks.
