I am not a dev obviously, but I think the answer to the question is no.
There may be free seasonal skins (as in outside Hallowed Blight/events grind skins) but even that is doubtful.
Characters take time/work to make, so BHVR would naturally want some return on investment.
Brand new chapters/killers/survivors will cost money...unless the item is unlicensed and available via shards.
Probably not.
Licensed dlc will never be free.
And non licensed can be bought with in game currency so you don't really pay anything for it so it's technically can be considered "free".
They said theyd do it whenever they can afford to do so. I think maybe once the battlepass system is earning them more cash, they MIGHT be willing to throw us a freebee DLC.
