I've been having moderate success with this perk on Trapper (currently running BBQ/Ruin/Surge/PGTW....somethimes I swap PGTW for NOED).
Anyone else use this perk/think it's slightly underrated?

i use it alongside Surveillance. can be pretty nice on certain maps
I was using it for a bit.... a long with infectious fright.... both combo well
I use with pop, thanato and dying light on Plague
