Perks in bloodweb
So I just get Spirit, and I have to say I like Spirit fury when combined with Endurance. But the problem is even Spirit fury is her perk, but I can not get the perk to tier2 even after 51 bloodweb, it never spawn.
I think the teachable perks should be in high priorities, then the perks using in Loadout (if use the Perks for more than 10 match or something), then the other perks
