Hitting someone whose been stalked, converts the stalk into the broken status effect for the duration based on the amount stalked. This way someone can't run up to you to prevent you stalking, you hit them and then instahealing. Will generally make instant heals useless against ghostface so long as he can stalk even the slightest amount.
Recovery add-ons decreased in strength but base power recovery rate increased
