The New Map

Can't remember the name. ๐Ÿ˜…

So a review from a Wraith main.

  • So. Many. Pallets. It's great that a lot of those can be mind-game'd, but having Enduring & Spirit Fury suddenly feels very redundant. You get stunned for 75% less long? Another Pallet 8 meters away. You get stunned and break it immediately? That Pallet is still only 8 meters away. Both? Still only 8 meters. Don't wanna take the Perks off either, cause i want them on Wraith and it's only one map. But talk about map RNG being way more in their favor, sheesh.
  • The glass room. It's practically impossible to sneak up to someone there. Now if it's not meant to allow sneaking up there...why?
  • Upstairs is incredibly favored towards Killers. It's pretty much the new Pallet loops, but you have vaults instead, which just doesn't work for them. And since they lead the chase, it means we'll always stay downstairs.
  • Speaking of downstairs: The catwalks. Absolutely atrocious with Balanced Landing...That's it pretty much, it just becomes very broken with Balanced Landing.
  • There's little stairs which lead to a vault location which makes you drop back down. Like...okay? Nice aesthetic i guess, but they're a death sentence.
  • Oh, aesthetics: Neato! Can't say much more since i don't watch ST, just looks neato.
  • The fact that it's an indoor map helps me greatly btw, just the glass room and any long-hallway Generators are bad for me, so...half of them are bad for me.
  • Like the Yamaoka map, there's certain Hooks that, once you use them for a sacrifice, it turns into a deadzone, meaning it's very unlikely you'll hook someone if you down them there. Now i understand the argument of "Then don't use those.", and they're not entirely wrong, but the problem is that, if you don't use them, it can already be a deadzone since you pretend a hook ain't there. One hook should not punish like that for doing well by sacrificing someone.

Hmmm, i think that'll do for now.

I definitely prefer some other maps, that's for sure.
