each parts requires 10points,
when you reached 1rank killer or survivor you get 1points after every reset
5month=1part of new legacy
15month=full set
than dbd can make event like rank points x2 monthly to make people play more rounds

PLS stop those legacy complains. That was a onetime situational reward. You didnt do that, so you wont get it anymore. Live with that, or uninstall the game.
