Does Dying Light return if someone uses DS?

Let's say I kill the obsession with 4 tokens on my Dying Light. Since the obsession is dead, Dying Light is now inactive.

But, if a survivor uses Decisive Strike against me and becomes the obsession, will Dying Light become active again and if so, will it become active again with those same 4 tokens?
