Finding certain perks

Okay so there are 3 levels of perks and a lot of us have shared perks that appear often on the bloodweb

We have all been there where we were trying to find that one certain perk and want to level it up but can’t find it anymore despite how many times you leveled up your bloodweb?

Here is my idea: Adding a level one or two tier perk slightly increases the chance of it appearing on the bloodwebs That way you have a higher chance of finding that one certain perk you want to level up.

I only say slightly though so it’s not broken.

I don't think will be necessary as I think they are reworking the bloodwebs to have more perks in them.

They already reworked bloodwebs.

Anyway... I guess BHVR doesn't want people burning through their builds too fast.
