Legion rework concept.
Legion works thematically as a mobile assassin with a reset but in practice deep wounds doesn't mean jack all when your ability is meant to focus multiple targets and they can just immediately mend the debuff out. Even if he can potentially get injures off very quickly it doesn't mean anything if he's still forced to become a generic M1 killer after the use of his ability.
Significantly increase the recharge time of feral frenzy. As an ability it'd be a powerful window of opportunity with a long CD and thus a large punishment if misused.
Turn his debuff into its own effect instead of deep wound. On first hit he applies the debuff on a 30/s down timer BUT each subsequent hit reapplies a higher tier debuff with a lower time. Initial hit is 30/s and can be mended by both teammates and allies alike, second hit reduces it to 20/s and can no longer be self mended but can still mended by allies, and finally the third hit downs the affected survivor after 5/s and can not be mended away.
Ability duration reset can now occur on every hit but decreases significantly with the stack of the bleed on the target. Initial hit on a unique target resets to 100%, second resets to 65%, and third hit only resets to 30% of the duration.
Each initial hit on a unique target provides a stacking movement speedbuff that lasts for the duration of the current feral frenzy.
All of the current fail conditions, Pallet dropped, missed attacks, ect. remain the same.
As it currently stands he heavily lacks downing potential outside of being a generic M1 killer. Even in his highly unlikely optimal conditions of getting a deep wounds hit on all 4 survivors the debuff just doesn't ever matter. It takes too long to activate and they'll just immediately mend themselves the moment they notice that you've switched focus to someone else. At best you could waste a chunk of time if you got multiple survivors, but keeping people off the gens for a short while won't win games, it just delays you from losing it.
The idea behind this is to give him legitimate power in single target focus on his ability. The initial hit is about as useless as the current version, the second stack is guaranteed to force that survivor to seek out an ally and waste the time of 2 people, and the third stack is a guaranteed down if you choose to blow your entire ability on one person.
The amount of duration that gets reset per hit directly limits the overall distance you could travel to get to other survivors and make use of your CD. So just like it is now it'd boil down to luck (or survivors paying attention) as to whether or not another target would be in range to reset.
Finally, the movement speed buff is to fix another one of his current issues which is map pressure. Even if he's faster in feral frenzy he's still not fast enough most of the time to actually catch a survivor unless they're really close or just not paying attention to him approaching. The bonus movement speed would ideally allow him to cover more ground quickly to spread stacks, whether that be to apply multiple stacks to survivors who are stacked up or only getting the max duration resets and using that speed to reach farther survivors.
I believe this killer suffers from the same problem as Doctor on release which is that the effects of his ability is superficial. A bleed out timer that downs a person sounds great but in practice it rarely ever serves as anything but a minor time waster, and injuring multiple survivors (even when it does happen) doesn't meant anything if you can't down them. Doctor suffered from the same problems because his madness didn't do anything. Illusions, a vague tracking ability, and a debuff that could be cleansed fairly quickly didn't help at all in actually downing survivors or ever even pressuring them.
