Fixated needs a buff

Would love to see this perk given a buff or two. On the table I'd like to see:

* Works if you are injured. Come on, please let us use Fixated with No Mither! It's a stealth perk so of course we want to use it with No Mither (No Mither is a stealth perk).

* Lets you see other survivor's scratchmarks, too. Might be a little broken but hey at least I get to practice killer while playing survivor!


I'd be happy with either of these two buffs. People are saying Fixated is useless (I disagree) but it would be great to give people more incentive to use it.
